Wolcott acquired all 448 condominium units in this iconic, architecturally significant building, completing the then-largest condominium deconversion in Chicago history. We executed a $60 million capital improvement program to renovate and reposition the property. The program included renovating the unit interiors, replacing a 16,000 SF atrium skylight, and reimagining the lobby, common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces – all while staying true to the architect’s vision.
