Wolcott provided joint venture equity for the development of a senior housing campus featuring 179 units and casetta homes with independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The community was delivered at the height of the pandemic, yet reached 92% occupancy in April of 2022. Permanent financing was obtained at that time.
